Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, with no compensation paid to the player.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

• Odds displayed are for valid bets only. yes33 reserves the right to void bets where odds are clearly erroneous (e.g., significantly off market value), even after the bet has been accepted.

Live Betting-Specific Rules (In-Play Betting):

• Bets accepted after an event has started (live betting) are final.
• Yes33 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time during a match due to integrity concerns or technical issues.

Yes33 reserves the right to pursue legal action against players who commit fraud, cybercrime, or other illegal activities through our platform, including reporting them to the relevant authorities.

Yes33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other suspicious activity.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Law enforcement requests or legal compliance requirements.
• Yes33 business decisions that are outside a player's control.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, yes33 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances. For legitimate cash balances (from original deposits and winnings that have met rollover requirements), yes33 will return the balance to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to AML investigation requirements.

Account Closure at Player's Request:

You may close your yes33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible cash balance will be returned to you. Accounts closed at your own request cannot be reopened within 30 days.

Inactive Account:

Accounts showing no login activity or transactions within a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as "inactive". An administrative fee of RM 10 per month will be applied to the cash balance of inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in.
